BUYING POINT

The purchase list  is a document which documents the purchase of supplies, tools, tools, goods and services on the free market in cases where the seller is not required to make invoices when selling goods or providing them. In accordance with the provisions of this Declaration, the VAT invoices are not deductible. (In case of purchase of materials, goods, ... of the seller without large invoices to be included in the reasonable and valid expenses, the list of purchased goods without invoices must be made. Instructions on how to record the purchase list

The left corner of the purchase slip indicates the name of the unit (or unit seals), which use the purchase statement. The purchase order must be in a book and the number of each volume used in a year. Each "Purchasing Order" must be numbered consecutively from the beginning to the end of the book.

Specify the full name, address or workplace of the person directly purchasing the goods.

Columns A, B, C, D: Write the order number, name, specification, quality, purchase address and unit of calculation for each kind of materials, tools, instruments and goods.

Column 1: Record the quantity of each kind of supplies, tools, tools and goods purchased.

Column 2: Record the purchase price of each kind of supplies, tools, tools and goods purchased.

Column 3: Record the amount of each item of supplies, tools, equipment, goods purchased (Column 3 = Column 1 x Column 2).
