It looks like the trouble that haunts disgraced rap star Sean “Diddy” Combs is also making its way to his children.
The Bad Boy mogul’s youngest son, Christian “King” Combs, was reportedly served papers recently at his father’s Miami mansion – the same house that was initially raided by the Department of Homeland Security this year – related to previous abuse allegations.
The accuser in question is Grace O’Marcaigh, who claims Christian sexually assaulted and abused her on a yacht in 2022.
A process server has turned over legal documents to the nepo baby, whom she is now accusing of assault, sexual assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to ‘VIBE’.
According to her, she endured a heartbreaking incident when she was hired as a hostess on Diddy’s charter yacht two years ago, in July.
O’Marcaigh took part in what she was told would be a “wholesome family outing”, however, ended up becoming what she called an allegedly “chaotic” scene including “drug use, prostitution” and other reported unwanted advances.
The alleged victim’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, claims the rap star’s son was “inappropriately interested” in her while she was on the trip, in addition to pressuring her to drink alcohol. It was reported that he then assaulted her in an isolated room.
O’Marcaigh alleged that the scene caused her mental and physical distress, and said the incident allegedly “derailed” her career in the cruise industry. According to media reports, if that wasn’t enough, the incident also reportedly led to a breakup between her and her long-time partner.
Attorney Aaron Dyer – shared by both Christian and his father, Diddy – responded by completely discrediting those claims, saying: “This is just another lewd and baseless claim from Tyrone Blackburn – the same as what he filed in the Rodney Jones case, which he has yet to serve.”
“This complaint is filled with manufactured lies and irrelevant facts that we have come to expect from Blackburn,” Dyer stated in April.
“This is exactly why a federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for ‘pattern of’ ‘inappropriate behavior.’ [filing] cases in federal court to attract media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious charges, and pressure defendants to settle quickly’, and why why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York. We will file a motion to dismiss this outrageous request,” he added.
