After returning home, the boys discover that their father is not interested in their ninja training and new names. Rocky’s friend Emily agrees to go to school with them. Snyder plans to kidnap the brothers to get revenge on Sam. He has his henchman Nigel Brown recruit Fester and his friends to do the job. But their plans are interrupted by the FBI.

At school, the brothers are bullied during a basketball game and end up losing. Colt discovers that Snyder is the criminal their father is hunting. That night, Fester and his gang try to kidnap the brothers, leading to a huge fight where the boys use ninja moves and household objects to defend themselves. Ultimately, they defeat Fester’s team.

Later, the brothers are captured and taken to Snyder’s boat, but they manage to escape with the help of Maury. Snyder challenges Maury to a fight, but Maury wins with the help of the boys.
