Addison Rae has had a big year in music and it looks like it’s going to continue as she teases the release of new music.

On her Instagram account, the TikTok-turned-music star shared the music video visual for her upcoming song, “Aquamarine.” In the clip, Rae can be seen smoking multiple cigarettes before standing up and walking down the dimly lit street as the music in the background can make it difficult to feel the flavor of the song.

The song is expected to be released tonight along with the music video which will premiere in various time zones. While fans may have to wait a little longer for the song, that hasn’t stopped them from showering praise.

“Queen of pop,” one person commented.

“WE SIT OMG,” another chimed in.

“Good music is finally BACK, we’re ALL going to stream it,” another shared.

“This is going to be a visual treat!” added an Instagram user.

“Aquamarine” was first treated before the release of Rae’s breakthrough song, “Diet Pepsi”. The latter became Rae’s highest charting single of her career and achieved a top 20 position in the UK charts as well as a top 60 position in the UK charts. Billboard Hot 100 peaked at number 54.

Notably, Rae performed the song alongside Charli XCX and Troye Sivan as part of the Sweat Tour at its Madison Garden stop on September 23.

Rae previously released the single “Obsessed” in 2021 and contributed to Charli’s “Von Dutch” remix earlier this year. Her first EP, ARwas released last year and had “Obsessed” in it.
