Gift Aisha Eleojo Ibrahim known as Aisha Ibrahim is a young Nigerian dynamic comedian, actress and social media celebrity.
Aisha Ibrahim was born on 28 November in Jos, Plateau State but she is a native of Kogi State, Nigeria.
Career
Aisha Ibrahim envisioned herself to be an actress when she was very young. She happened to be the first child and daughter of her parents.
While growing up in Jenta Mangoro, Jos in Plateau State, Aisha Ibrahim loved to tell her mother whenever they watched movies together that the people in the movies were his people, that she would grow up to be like them.
She never attended acting school but began her acting career in church, participating in a series of plays performed in church.
In 2015, while watching a movie, Aisha Ibrahim saw a recruitment notice from aspiring actors and actresses. She took down the contact information and then tried out.
When she called the director, she was asked to visit the Imo state-based company for the shoot, which was a bold and risky move as she did not know anyone near the location and it would involve interstate travel.
There was a certain amount of money involved in the “Registration Money” application that the director asked her to keep when she came to film.
Aisha Ibrahim, a frightened mother who knew no one in the Eastern State, took the risk without hesitation.
There, she made many new friends and met many people with similar goals.
Since then, she has been continuously receiving film offers and regardless of the challenges, she has become a familiar role model and inspiration for up-and-comers.
