Alex Monette Consani was born on July 23, 2003 in Petaluma, California, United States. She is the daughter of Lisa Consani, who works in water conservation, and an unknown father who works for Guide Dogs for the Blind. She has three siblings: Anna Consani, Lynn Wheibe and Anthony Keyvan.
Alex graduated from Petaluma High School in 2021 and then enrolled at Pace University in New York City, receiving support from the Petaluma Education Foundation. Alex Consani’s modeling career began in early 2015 when her mother spotted an advertisement for Slay Model Management, a Los Angeles-based agency dedicated to transgender models.
At just 12 years old, she became the youngest transgender model in the world. Her profile went viral in 2016 after being featured on Cosmopolitan Germany, and at age 13, she appeared in a photo shoot with Dominique Jackson.
