Andy Cohen is a well-known media personality who was born in St. Louis, Missouri on June 2, 1968. Raised by his parents, Evelyn and Lou Cohen, and his sister, Emily Rosenfield, Andy’s upbringing laid the foundation for his future career.

Andy Cohen began his television career as an intern at CBS News, spending a full decade learning the ropes. He worked his way up to become a senior producer on The Morning Show and 48 Hours, and also worked for CBS This Morning. He then moved to Trio in 2000, eventually landing the position of Vice President after Bravo acquired Trio in 2004.
But Andy doesn’t just keep busy behind the scenes, he’s also pretty good on the air. You may have seen him on The Today Show, Morning Joe, Live with Kelly, or The View. Plus, he’s appeared on a host of other talk shows, even playing himself on shows like The Comeback and Saturday Night Live. Then, in 2009, he began hosting his own late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live, which has since grown into a weeknight series.

He fearlessly defends his beliefs; in 2013, he did not participate in co-hosting the Miss Universe pageant due to Russia’s anti-LGBTQ+ laws.
He is also a radio rock star, launching SiriusXM’s Radio Andy channel in 2015 and curating a slew of shows. He and Anderson Cooper teamed up to produce the AC2 Conversational Stage show, which has been touring since 2015.
In 2016, he expanded his literary empire with Andy Cohen Books and published his third memoir,Shallow: More Adventures from the Andy Cohen DiariesHe also revived old shows on television, such as hosting “Love Connection” for Fox and co-hosting “New Year’s Eve Report” with CNN.
