After NaviSite, Becker became president and CEO of digital publishing platform Zinio in 2012. However, his focus soon shifted to real estate, acquiring several properties in New York City, such as 465 Washington Street in Tribeca and buildings on Sullivan Street in SoHo. By 2016, he had partnered with JDS Development Group and Property Markets Group on real estate projects in New York and Miami.
In March 2017, Becker announced plans to redesign an eight-unit apartment building at 465 Washington Street in Tribeca, highlighting his continued involvement in real estate.
