atlas the fallen
Atlas Fallen is an action role-playing video game developed by Deck13 Interactive and published by Focus Entertainment. The game was released on August 10, 2023 for Windows, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Series S. The game is developed by Deck13 Interactive using its in-house engine called “Fledge”. Unlike the studio’s previous games Lords of the Fallen and The Surge, Atlas Fallen is not a “Souls-like” game. Instead, it focuses on fast-paced and fluid combat, taking inspiration from games like God of War (2018) and the Horizon series. However, elements from The Surge games, such as the body targeting system, are also incorporated into Atlas Fallen.
The game offers three difficulty modes, of which the hard mode is specially designed for experienced players of Souls games. Deck13 and Focus Entertainment announced Atlas Fallen at Gamescom in August 2022. The game was originally scheduled to release in May, but was later postponed to August 10, 2023 to give the development team more time to polish the game and launch it. Players who pre-order the game will receive a “Ruin Rising Pack” that includes a variety of cosmetics and Essence Stones to enhance their gaming experience.
atlas fallen all anvil locations
In the vast underground area of Bastengar in Fallen Atlas, you’ll encounter anvils that not only serve as fast travel points, but also facilitate healing, upgrades, and game saves. There are six anvils beneath Bastenga, and for those seeking complete completion, finding them all is crucial. It’s worth noting that obtaining all anvils in Atlas Fallen is the key to unlocking the famous Forge Master trophy/achievement.
Anvil 1 (Knight’s Fortress): South of the Fortress
The original anvil was located outside the fort’s confines, in the southern part of the area. Once at this location, approach the floating sphere above the green crack in the ground to reveal an anvil.
Anvil 2 (The Sunken City): Central part of the region
The second anvil is located at the second marked location on the map, in the center of the area. Similar to the first anvil, approach the green orb in the air and dig up the anvil.
Anvil 3 (Royal Palace): On the ground floor of the palace
The third anvil requires traveling to the north of the area and entering the vast palace. The anvil is located in the middle of the palace’s ground floor and cannot be used for quick travel.
Anvil 4 (Prophecy Space): Next to the lava-filled fissure
To access the fourth anvil, you must first complete the Sealing Totem activity near Anvil 3. Once completed, the gate to the lower level of the palace will open. Go through the gate to reach the fourth location near the lava-filled fissure.
Anvil 5 (Church): On the Broken Bridge
The subsequent anvil is located in a hideout above the Broken Bridge at the midpoint of the area. To reach it, get to higher ground, jump and dash three times toward the red light inside the cave’s east wall. Cross over to the other side, then go right through the broken window to find an anvil.
Anvil 6 (Queen’s Passage): Behind the door that crushes the seal
The final anvil proves to be the most complex, located in an area accessible from the wilderness. This door features a red seal that requires the Smash ability, which can be obtained through challenge upgrades. After unlocking Shatter, shatter the seal, adventure and explore new parts of the Bastenga Underground.
Guided by the green orb, dig out the last anvil near the cave wall on the right. Upon completing this feat, you have mastered all six of Bastengar the Fallen’s Underground Anvils, enabling full fast travel in the area. However, the adventure continues, offering quests such as obtaining Bastenga’s underground lore items.

Equipped with powerful ancient gloves, you’ll harness the mysterious power of manipulating sand to shape deadly weapons. There are a variety of weapons to choose from, but remember you can only carry two at a time.

Get ready to embark on an epic adventure across multiple vast and open areas filled with non-playable characters and side quests. Glide across stunning desert landscapes, perform awe-inspiring feats like mid-air sprints, and discover hidden areas by lifting buried objects. As you progress, discover valuable “Fragments” and “Catalyst Fragments” to further enhance your glove’s combat capabilities.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Atlas Fallen offers an exciting two-player co-op multiplayer mode, allowing you to team up with friends and overcome challenges together. So gather your allies and prepare to embark on a journey unlike any other in Atlas Fallen.
