Belinda Meuldijk was founded on January 7, 1955 in the populous city of Oostvoorne, Netherlands.
She is the daughter of Wim Meuldijk, a film producer whose most important work was creating a television program called Pipo de Clown, which aired on Dutch television from 1958 to 1980.

Later, Belinda Meuldijk continued her father’s legacy and played a key role in the production of a film titled Pipo en de pp-Parelridder, released in 2003. She also assisted in the creation of a musical In 2009, Pipo, Pipo en de Gestolen Stem, wrote the lyrics.
From 1984 to 2005, she worked with a Dutch singer named Rob de Nijs, who happened to be her husband, with whom she wrote a few songs, including the 1996 hit featuring title Banger Hart.
