Early life
Blessing Nana Basheru was born to Mr. and Mrs. Basheru on 13th May 2000. The elder Mr. and Mrs. Basheru named their daughter – Blessing Nana Basheru. She is the first daughter of the Basheru family. Nana Basheru has five siblings – three sisters and two brothers. She is the first granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Mamman Bage.
Nana is from Northern Nigeria and hails from the North West region. She was born and raised in Kaduna State. Nana Basheru hails from Zango Kataf Local Government Area of the state. She spent her formative years living with her close-knit family in Southern Kaduna.
Nana Basheru comes from a Christian family and was raised in the same faith with her five siblings. Growing up, she attended church services at a local church every week.

Nana Basheru attended private schools in Southern Kaduna for primary and secondary school.
In 2016, she graduated from high school with high marks in the Senior Secondary School Leaving Examination (SSCE). She was then admitted to Kaduna State University to study Mass Communication.
