Former President Bill Clinton is praising pop singer Taylor Swift.
The politician attended one of the stops on Swift’s Eras Tour while the singer was in Toronto, Canada last weekend.
Clinton then appeared on the November 25 episode of Living With Kelly and Mark where he talks about experience.
“Confirm or deny –– did you see Taylor Swift over the weekend?” Ripa asked him.
“I did, I did!” Clinton confirmed before cameras cut to him sitting in a VIP room inside the Rogers Center and dancing as Swift sang “You Belong With Me.”
He explained that this was the first time he had seen Swift perform in concert and he understood why she had so many fans.
“Now I understand. I mean, I understand why she had such an impact on people and why so many young girls were so attracted to her,” Clinton said.
He also praised her work ethic and how she was able to sing for “over three hours straight” on stage.
“She’s not like a lot of people who give concerts. She performed for over three hours straight. I mean, throughout! She just kept singing the songs and kept doing it , which I think is a very honorable thing for those who did it.” audience,” Mrs. Clinton said.
The former president attended the concert with his wife, Hillary Clinton, their daughter, Chelsea Clinton, and Chelsea’s daughter, Charlotte, and several of their friends.
“I was fascinated to see the crowd of our children, especially my niece, standing there with the wife of one of Chelsea’s friends from over 20 years ago and her daughters, all were all up there singing and they all knew the words to all the songs.” ”, Clinton shared.
Ripa struck up a conversation and asked Clinton if his nieces begged him to meet Swift backstage.

Swift has just a few shows left on her pivotal Eras Tour, scheduled to wrap up next month in Vancouver.
