early life
Originally from Taraba State, Emose grew up in three places in northern Nigeria, Kaduna, Jos and Abuja, which she claims inspired her art. She grew up in a traditional household where her parents restricted her movements.
Emose was well known in school for her ability to sing and play guitar, as she often participated in school talent events where she sang original songs and people remembered her lyrics.
Emoseh would continue to create beats and teach them to rappers at school. Over time, she developed her own musical style and creative abilities.
