Brian Michael “Q” Quinn (born March 14, 1976) is an American podcaster, improv comedian, and actor, best known for his participation in the comedy troupe The Tenderloins, including Sal Vulcano , James Murray and former Joe Gatto. One of his most notable projects is the TV series Impractical Jokers, which premiered on TruTV on December 15, 2011.

Quinn was born in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to Staten Island when she was young. He is of mixed Irish and Italian ancestry. Quinn attended Monsignor Farrell High School, where he was active in the improv club with Murray, Vulcano and Gatto. After high school, he received his higher education at Brooklyn College before joining the New York City Fire Department, where he served as a firefighter for eight years.
