In a series of photos, Jepsen shared shots of the couple hugging and spending time together in nature. One of the photos was a close-up of her new engagement ring. The ring features a dark gemstone and a gold band.
Commenters on the post congratulated the couple on their engagement news.
“Oh my gosh, congratulations to both of you,” one person wrote.
“It wasn’t a guitar string but she got the wedding ring!” another chimed in.

Jepsen and Cole met while she was recording her album T.The most lovely time, released in 2023.
She opened up to Everybody about how their working relationship has evolved.
“You have to reach a certain level of comfort with someone before you can go to really fun, exciting, experimental places,” she told the channel.

At the time, Jepsen also shared that they were also working on more new music together.
“I think you’ll see more of our collaboration in future projects, but [‘So Right’] “It’s our first child. We’re both so excited,” she said.
Since meeting, the couple have been showing off their love on social media, including birthday messages.
“To my family and friends: Thank you for all the kind messages, the table full of flowers, and the constant support. I am blessed with friends and family in this life,” Jepsen wrote.
“And to my Cole, I wish for many secrets but most importantly many more birthdays with you,” she added.
