early life
Celestine Donkor is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kpapo. She is a Ghanaian artist and songwriter. She attended St. Augustine’s Preparatory School in Abeka Lapas and Nsanya Secondary School in Kasoa.
Due to the severe financial crisis her family faced, she was able to continue her studies with the help of boxing legend Abuma Nelson and the International Solid Foundation Ministry, and enrolled at the University of Ghana, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Sociology and Informatics.
When she was 16 and still in secondary school, she met Mr. Fred Kwei Mensah aka Fredyma, who introduced her to the music industry as a backing singer.
She has collaborated with many gospel singers and has received recognition from all quarters, winning many awards for her work.
