early life
In 2012, 15-year-old singer and guitarist Clementine Creevy launched Cherry Glazerr’s solo project under the name Clembutt, in which she wrote, performed, and uploaded songs to SoundCloud.
Sean Bohrman, co-founder of Burger Records, discovered the tracks in 2013 and released them as the Papa Cremp tape.
In 2013, high school friends Hannah Uribe and Sophia Muller, along with bassist Sean Redman, joined Creevy on drums and vocals. The band’s name was inspired by NPR reporter Chery Glaser.
Glazerr made their debut in 2013, playing with several notable bands and festivals, including SXSW, Beach Goth, El Rey with Mikal Cronin and Redd Kross, and Burger Records’ annual Burgerama festival with Fidlar, where they were noticed by fashion icon Hedi Slimane.

Cherry Glazerr has been writing new songs and touring since 2019. They are currently working on their fourth studio album, Tourist, which will be released in 2023 and is expected to enchant the audience.
