early life

In 2012, 15-year-old singer and guitarist Clementine Creevy launched Cherry Glazerr’s solo project under the name Clembutt, in which she wrote, performed, and uploaded songs to SoundCloud.

Sean Bohrman, co-founder of Burger Records, discovered the tracks in 2013 and released them as the Papa Cremp tape.

In 2013, high school friends Hannah Uribe and Sophia Muller, along with bassist Sean Redman, joined Creevy on drums and vocals. The band’s name was inspired by NPR reporter Chery Glaser.
