Charles Edward Kelly (born November 25, 1963) is an American football coach who currently serves as the offensive coordinator of the Ohio State Buckeyes of the Big Ten Conference. Kelly earned the recognition while serving as head coach of the Oregon Ducks from 2009 to 2012.

After a successful career in college football, he transitioned to the NFL, coaching the Philadelphia Eagles for three seasons (2013-2015) and the San Francisco 49ers for one season (2016).

After his NFL experience, Kelly returned to college football in 2018 as the head coach at UCLA, where he spent six seasons before serving as offensive coordinator at Ohio State .
