Chris Brown and Lil Durk are being sued for plagiarizing another artist’s music.
TMZ reports that music producer Micah Foster has filed a legal complaint against Brown and Durk, accusing Breezy of plagiarizing his song “Wheels Fall Off.”
In court documents obtained by the outlet, Foster claims that “Till The Wheels Fall Off” bears striking similarities to his song “Wheels Fall Off,” including the chorus, verse, and overall arrangement. The producer alleges Brown plagiarized the song after Foster shared it with him on a mixtape and Brown copied his song without permission.
Foster released the song “Wheels Fall Off” in 2019.

By 2022, Brown and Durk had collaborated with singer-songwriter Capella Gray to introduce “Till The Wheels Fall Off”, three years after Foster’s song had aired.
In legal documents, Foster shared the song with the singer of the hit “With You” during the production of his album “Breezy”, released that same year.
A recent report highlighted that Foster, who has stressed his extensive collaboration with Brown over the years, has decided to pursue legal action against him, Durk and Capella. He wants to secure what he believes is “royalty money he has not seen a penny of.”
“Till The Wheels Fall Off” is the opening track for the rest of the album “Breezy”.
The song begins with a plea to a higher power, addressing the hardships and challenges in the artist’s life. Brown delves into his journey as the beat changes, sharing stories of hardship, heartache, and his enduring love for his children.
