Colleen Mashawana started her professional journey at Microsoft South Africa, guaranteed job after completing the Information Technology program. He moved to Dimension Data in 2005, where his contributions led to significant growth of the organization.
In 2008, Mashawana’s outstanding performance earned him an award Esprit du Corp Award, highlighting his dedication to excellence. At the same time, he was appointed National Public Sector Director for South Africa, cementing his reputation for success and leadership.
A successful entrepreneur, Colleen Mashawana has expanded her presence in the investment industry through strategic acquisitions and mergers, with approximately 25 subsidiaries. In 2010, he founded Khwinisa Technologies, later renamed Telcolink, emerging as a successful company in the IT industry.
