He is the founder and CEO of a chain of nightclubs in Southern Nigeria. He is the former CEO of Cubana Group. He is the owner of Club Xhrine, a leading nightclub with branches in Delta State and Imo State.

Early life
The Chief Priest of Cubana is an Ibo man. He hails from Umuhu Okabia, in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State. He was born and raised in Imo. He was born on 26th March 1982. He has a sister named Onyinyechi Maryanne.
He was born to Mr. and Mrs. Okechukwu. When he was born, his parents decided to name him Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu. He grew up in a close-knit family and regularly attended church as a child. His parents were Catholics and raised him in the same faith.
The Cubana chief priest spent some of his formative years in Abia State. He moved to the ancient city of Aba to live with his father and learn the shoemaking trade. Within a few years, he had mastered the craft and worked diligently as an apprentice in his father’s establishment.
The Cubana chief priest also learned business skills during this time when he learned how to market and sell footwear to shoppers at the Aba Central Market. He had to stop working with his father when he graduated from college.
Education
The Cubana Chief Priest attended top public schools in Orsu Local Government Area for his primary and secondary education.
He graduated from high school in the late 90s with high scores on the High School Leaving Examination.
He was then admitted to Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Imo State. He was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Luxury Hospitality and Event Management from a prestigious university in Nigeria.
Career
From a young age, Cubana Chief Priest decided that he wanted to pursue a career in business. This mindset remained with him even as he continued his studies at polytechnic. While still a student, he started a small business where he sold shoes to students and staff at the school.
He would often go down to Aba to buy shoes from his father and return to the school to resell them to interested buyers. In no time, he became a well-known figure in the polytechnic community.
To further increase his popularity as a student, he was deeply involved in the entertainment industry. He often organized shows and concerts on campus. By the time he graduated, he had become one of the top show promoters in Owerri. He was the go-to person for planning and managing showbiz events in the Southeastern city.
Cubana Chief Priest then moved down to Lagos in search of better business opportunities. During this time, his paths crossed with nightlife entrepreneur Obi Cubana. The older businessman offered him a job with the then-emerging Cubana Group. He accepted the offer and became the CEO of Cubana Group.
Under his supervision as CEO, the group recorded various successes in the nightlife and hospitality industries. Cubana Chief Priest helped the Cubana brand expand its operations and oversaw the establishment of subsidiaries (clubs, hotels and restaurants) under the parent company.
While working at Cubana Group, he became one of the top celebrities in the country. He built relationships with many celebrities and VIPs in Nigeria and Africa. He also became one of the shareholders of the group and received dividends on his investment.
However, Cubana Chief Priest resigned as CEO in 2020. The reason was that he wanted to start and run a new company. He launched Club Xhrine in Owerri, Imo State, in 2020. His close friend, Davido, was present at the club launch. Club Xhrine has expanded its operations to include another branch in Asaba, Delta State. He holds the position of CEO of Club Xhrine Group.
The Cuban priest had always wanted to be a singer as a child, and any resemblance to Lagbaja became a source of inspiration and motivation for him when he came here.
However, his dream of becoming a musician was shattered due to circumstances. Many people believed that he could not pursue his dream of becoming a singer because of his voice.
After his dream of becoming a singer failed to come true, he turned to spying.
During his time as a spy, he was discovered by Obi Cubana who immediately reformed him and turned him into the man he is today.
The Cuban priest was known to have a hot temper. He was emotional, especially creative and scientific.

The Okechukwu family lived a very comfortable life, thanks to the success of the family’s main breadwinner, Cubana Chief Priest. He owned properties across Nigeria and abroad. He also owned a fleet of luxury cars in his garage.
