“Cyberpunk 2077” Symptom Treatment Performance Walkthrough
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the Cure the Symptoms gig in Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Freedom DLC. The mission involves the elimination of Mirko Alexis and provides some valuable rewards upon completion. Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure your mission is successful.
getting Started
To start the Cure the Symptoms gig, you’ll need to complete the opening missions of the Phantom Liberty DLC, specifically the mission titled “Spiders and Flies.” Then, head to the Voodoo Boy base at the Luxor Premium Health Spa (marked by a green gig icon on the map) and talk to Mr. Hands to start the mission.
Eliminate Mirko Alexis
Your main goal in this show is to eliminate Mirko Alexis. As you complete missions, you will encounter a variety of enemies. Here’s a breakdown of the key steps:
-
Entrance Encounter: Deal with the voodoo boy guard at the main entrance to the spa.
-
Enemies Within: Inside the spa, face several enemies near the stairs. Eliminate them to clear your path.
-
Office Confrontation: Go up the stairs and enter a small office. More enemies and Gryphon Drones will engage you in the corridor to the right. Take them out.
-
Arena Showdown: Go through the open double doors into a large arena-like room filled with deactivated robots. The middle robot R Mk.2 starts up and you have to defeat it. Other robots nearby will also activate, so focus on the main robot first. Once it goes down, the others are deactivated. Loot the Master Robot for rewards including the Level 3 Iconic Org Pistol, Smart Link Network Software, and Level 2 Item Components.
-
Netwalker Connection: Continue through the glowing double doors at the back of the room, go down the stairs on the right, and go through the next doorway. Here you’ll find a Netwalker connected to Mirko Alexis. You can choose to take out Mirko without any problems, or chat with Alan the Netwalker. He will provide information about the larger conspiracy and may ask you to spare Mirko to further his plans.
