Cyril Chukwuemeka was born in 1983 to Chief Cyril Ikemefuna Nweke and Mrs Ifeoma Georgina Nweke.
He is from Ifete Ukpo, Anambra State. He is an Igbo man.
He comes from a royal family, his father is Eze Ndi Igbo Nnanyelugo from Kaltongo, Gombe State.
He is the eldest son of seven siblings. He and his siblings grew up in the southeast and north of the country.
His father is now a pastor at Christ Liberation Church, and his mother is an entrepreneur who runs a small to medium-sized business.

He received his primary education at Obiokosun Memorial Nursery and Primary School in Onitsha, Niger State and St. Mary Nursery and Primary School in Suleja.
He obtained his junior secondary school certificate from the latter school.
He obtained his West African School Certificate from Government Secondary School, Gwagwalada, Abuja. He graduated from high school in 1995.
He then attended the University of Jos in Plateau State and graduated with a Diploma in Law and a Degree in Political Science and Public Administration in 2009.
