Dave Portnoy Flexes Handwritten letter from Taylor Swift Twitter: @stoolpresidente, Instagram: @taylorswift
Portnoy posted a clip on her official SNS recounting her experience at one of Taylor Swift’s shows during her Eras tour.
While the Barstool Sports founder shared how much fun the show was, he immediately mentioned Swiftie, whose video called him a “fake” fan.
Portnoy then stitched together a clip from TikTok user @thatserynsworld, captioned: “Dave Portnoy is not a real Swiftie.”
According to the clip, internet users called Portnoy a “performance” Swiftie, who “locked in” the male singer’s fandom in hopes of bringing them to his podcast.
Portnoy then happily shared a handwritten letter from Swift given to him by the singer’s brother, Austin Swift. The “BFFs” podcast host also revealed that Swift thanked him in the letter for “bringing her back when many people couldn’t.”
Page Six also shared that Swift expressed gratitude to Portnoy for defending her after she publicly endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris.
“People can vote for whoever they want in this country,” Portnoy captioned in a tweet. “How someone votes will never change my opinion of a person.”
Meanwhile, Travis Kelce’s family caused a stir on social networks after being spotted at Swift’s Miami show. Netizens were excited by the surprising attendance of many people, many of whom expressed their joy for Jason, his wife Kylie, daughter Wyatt and mother Donna Kelce.
