Dead by Daylight game information
Dead by Daylight is a popular online video game developed by Canadian behavioral interactive studio. It falls into the category of asymmetrical multiplayer survival horror games. In this game, there are two main characters: killer and survivor. One player becomes the killer, while the other four become survivors. Killer – Skeleton Merchant
- Redesigned low power mode add-on:
- Now reduces the drone’s rotation speed by 100%, effectively stopping it from spinning.
- No longer reduces energy cooldown by 25%.
environment/map
The maximum number of pallets spawned in the Broken Square map has been increased to 18 to prevent large areas of the map from spawning without pallets. The quality of loops has also been updated to make them less safe. We hope this leads to better gameplay for both characters.
NOTE: The map is not guaranteed to spawn this many pallets, and will stop spawning pallets early if the minimum pallet requirement has been reached and there are no valid locations far enough away from other pallets.

Dead by Daylight gameplay
Dead by Daylight offers tense and suspenseful gameplay in which one player takes on the role of a killer while the other four players take on the roles of survivors. Survivors must repair generators scattered across the map to power exits and escape the Judgment. Meanwhile, the killer aims to capture the survivor and impale them to appease the entity.
Survivors can evade the killer by sprinting, walking, crouching, or crawling. They can also use items such as maps, keys, toolboxes, health kits, and flashlights to help them survive. During the game, survivors can hear the killer’s heartbeat, indicating their approach, and see red lights indicating the direction the killer is facing. The game is heavily involved in strategy, teamwork and quick thinking as players engage in intense chases and use the environment to outwit a killer.
Dead by Daylight plot
The game is set in a sinister world controlled by terrifying monsters called “Entities.” The entity is drawn to violence and malice, pulling serial killers and individuals who have suffered great tragedy into its dimension. These killers are forced to hunt survivors to feed the entity. Survivors find themselves in a world constructed by entities after mysterious disappearances. They are placed in a dreamlike state, endlessly hunted by a killer.
The survivors’ only hope is to escape justice, repair the generator and avoid arrest.
