Details of Diddy’s Non-Disclosure Agreement for His Parties Revealed

According to a new report, Diddy’s non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that attendees of his infamous “Freak-Off” party would be required to sign in order to attend has been leaked since Friday. November 1).

Diddy, the famous rapper, producer and record executive aka Sean Combs, was arrested and indicted in September on charges of sex trafficking, fraud and more. He is currently awaiting the start of his trial in May 2025 from a jail cell in Brooklyn.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s reported NDA document, when signed, will prevent the signer from sharing information about Diddy, his family, current or former partners, spouses, friends and his business colleague, according to the report.

On the surface, it looks like a standard NDA, stating that the terms of the agreement are in effect for many years after being signed.

In part of the NDA, obtained by TMZ on Friday, it says that the signer must “irrevocably agree that you will not use or disclose, directly or indirectly, to anyone any of the following: any information obtained by you in any way and/or by any means or means at any time in the past, present and/or future relating to or in any way connected with the Artist [Diddy]any Artist Party and/or the Artist’s business, entertainment activities, financial affairs and/or personal life and all such information shall be treated as confidential, private, confidential and sensitive and shall be kept confidential by you unless the Artist advises you otherwise in writing in the Artist’s sole discretion.”

Another section of the document lays out the timeframe for non-disclosure, reading: “The terms of this Agreement and the obligation to keep all information confidential and not to use Prohibited Materials shall commence on first date above and continuing throughout the Artist’s life.” plus twenty (20) years or seventy (70) years, whichever is longer.”

Last month, Aoki Lee Simmons, daughter of Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons, was asked what she thought of Diddy. Aoki is a former fashion model who maintains a close relationship with Diddy’s twin teenage daughters, D’Lila and Jessie.

“What do I think about Diddy?” Aoki said in a social media video that was re-shared online. “I think his daughters and his children are wonderful people and I really hope you treat them with love and respect, because they are good kids.”

She added, “And it’s not their fault that anything — anything, adults — it’s an adult thing. And they’re not adults. My little cousins? They’re adults. are in school, they are not adults. So treat them like children.

There is a connection between Diddy and Simmons’ family. Kimora was a close friend of D’Lila and the latter’s mother, Kim Porter, who passed away in 2018. Porter had a long-term relationship with Diddy, albeit sporadic, from 1994 to 2007; she also gave birth to their son Christian.
