Did Taylor Swift ‘Block Kanye West’ After She, Travis Kelce Mention ‘Vultures 2’? Fans Think So

Fans believe Taylor Swift has subtly responded to Kanye West and “blocked” his comeback after the rapper mentioned her and boyfriend Travis Kelce in a song on his new album, “Vultures 2.”

West appears to have decided to rekindle his feud with Swift with the track “Lifestyle (Demo)” from his long-delayed album, “Vultures 2.”

“Lifestyle” does mention the names “Taylor” and “Travis Kelce,” but the references are made indirectly. Lil Wayne, who features on the song, mentioned them instead of West himself, according to lyrics released by Genius.

“I twist my Taylor joint tight at the end like Travis Kelce,” Lil Wayne raps in his verse.

Swifties weren’t happy with the reference, accusing West of using Swift and Kelce for attention. West had previously teased the name in a February Instagram rant, in which he mocked Swift’s followers and warned them to prepare for Lil Wayne’s verse on “Vultures 2.”

But some social media users believe Swift may have responded to his latest criticism.

On the same day “Vultures 2” was released, she announced a new digital version of “The Tortured Poets Department” with a bonus track, “My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys” (First Draft Phone Memo). She only released this bonus track for 24 hours.

Some fans speculated that the move was intended to “prevent” West’s album from topping the charts and overshadow his latest release.

“If he can mention her in his album, she can block him,” one user wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

Another speculated: “She’s going to block Kanye West.”

“Kanye was spotted crying,” a third user joked.

Meanwhile, other Swifties claimed the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker made a subtle dig at West during her “Eras Tour” concert in Warsaw, Poland on Saturday.

During her performance of “Red”, Swift wore a shirt that read “I Bet You Think About Me”.

It’s titled “Red” but some of her fans couldn’t help but notice that she rocked the track after the release of West’s “Vultures 2.”

“She’s funny when she wears it.” [‘I Bet You Think About Me’] shirt after Ka*ye mentioned her and Travis in his song a real comedian,” one person wrote on X.[When I] saw that K*nye a while ago and I knew she would wear it lmao.”

The long-running feud between Swift and West began in 2009 at the MTV Video Music Awards, when the rapper interrupted the young artist’s acceptance speech for best female video, overshadowing her achievement. The feud worsened with “Famous” and the leaked phone call scandal that tarnished Swift’s reputation for years.
