Diddy has been hit with five more lawsuits as the legal battle with the rapper continues to rage.
Five new lawsuits have been filed against Diddy, with both men and women claiming he sexually assaulted them in the latest legal documents.
According to documents obtained from Page Sixa man, listed as John Doe in the documents, alleged that he was invited by one of Combs’ associates to an afterparty at a Miami mansion. He said that there were other stars present at the party. While at the party, the man claimed he began passing out after drinking a drink.
The man later claimed that he woke up naked and felt sharp pain in his rectum and anus. Once fully conscious, he claimed that Combs was trying to put himself on the victim. John Doe alleged that Diddy talked obscenely to him and “laughed unpleasantly”. However, the man said he was unable to resist the attack due to the drugs in his system.
The man then woke up the next day and claimed he had been given clothes before being escorted back to the nightclub where the party was held the night before.
The second lawsuit, also filed by Tony Buzbee, claims that Diddy drugged and then forced a woman to perform oral sex on him. The woman said the incident dates back to 2001 when she was 18 years old and she was listed as Jane Doe in documents. She claimed she was attending a Halloween party when she was escorted to an SUV where Diddy and his security were staying. She also said she felt dizzy after drinking alcohol. That’s when the attack allegedly took place. The woman claimed she was not allowed to leave the vehicle until the act was completed.
A third victim, then 17 years old, alleged that she was drugged and raped by Diddy at a 2004 Fourth of July white party in the Hamptons.
A fourth victim alleged that he was drugged and raped after going to Manhattan to play a role in a music video in October 2001. In the lawsuit, the man claimed that Combs’ bodyguard had Hold his hand and put the condom on.
The final victim alleges that he was also drugged and sodomized by Combs after he attended a party at the rapper’s NYC home “sometime in 2022.”
All of the victims sued Diddy for damages.
Buzbee represents more than 120 victims who have filed complaints against Diddy. This rapper is currently in prison for fraud, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and his trial date is set for May 5, 2025.
