Diddy Sued for Rape by 2006 Radio Contest Winner, Accuser Includes Photographic Evidence from Parties

Another lawsuit has come against Sean “DIddy” Combs, who is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

On December 20, TMZ released an exclusive report detailing the lawsuit filed by a woman named LaTroya Grayson. The woman is said to live in Oklahoma and, according to the lawsuit, Grayson’s siblings won a contest hosted by radio station KJAMZ.

The prize also includes the opportunity for a trip to New York City to attend one of the mogul’s famous “White Parties.” This special package includes airfare, access to the Roger Smith Hotel for accommodations and exclusive tickets to the party being held on October 16, 2006.

In her lawsuit, Grayson also submitted photos showing her plane ticket and an Atlantic Records-sponsored receipt from the hotel. The accuser claims that the “White Party” was suddenly changed to the “Black Party” and they were separated when Grayson tried to gain entry while her siblings were left outside the venue.

The accuser also alleged that pre-mixed drinks were served to her by wait staff at the venue and that she felt tired after drinking two drinks, causing her to have to go to the bathroom. The lawsuit also includes photos of Grayson meeting with celebrities like rappers Babz and Bonecrusher.

Grayson later claimed that she could not remember what happened throughout the rest of the night, as she was only conscious when she woke up at Saint Vincent Medical Center. Furthermore, she claimed her shirt was torn, her underwear was missing, and she was short on cash.

Grayson also did not explicitly mention being a witness to the assault that had occurred because she did not remember anything about the incident.

The accuser also said that when she returned home to Oklahoma, she received a phone call from an unnamed woman. The caller allegedly told Grayson not to take legal action against Combs because of his celebrity status and that she would only “waste her time” by doing so.

Ariel Mitchell, Grayson’s attorney, stated that the accuser decided not to mention the sexual assault at the time out of “fear and embarrassment.”
