Diddy has faced multiple sexual assault lawsuits and has now been hit with three more.
The new accusations are said to be much more recent than his previous accusations and they also allege that Diddy drugged and raped them.
TMZ has received multiple new lawsuits, all filed by the same attorney – not Tony Buzbee, who filed multiple clients against Diddy – with accusers alleging that Diddy drugged them and then dominate them. One of the earliest claims dates back to 2019.
Diddy’s lawyers deny the new allegations.
Their statement to TMZ read: “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who made fictitious charges against him.”
All of the accusers shared that they went to a party with Diddy and his group members. Two of the allegations allege that Diddy took them to a hotel where the rape occurred while the other case alleges that the rape took place at Diddy’s residence.
All three accusers shared that they received alcoholic beverages from Diddy. After receiving the drinks, they became dizzy and lost consciousness. They claimed they came while Diddy was raping them.
One of the accusers claimed that Diddy filmed the rape and was paid $2,500 on the rapper’s behalf. The remaining two cases claim that they were not paid.
The three accusers said they did not speak out after the rape out of fear and shame.
These are just some of the many cases that Diddy is currently facing. In one case, a man was listed as John Doe in legal documents Page Sixallege that Diddy woke up naked and felt sharp pain in her rectum and anus after attending one of the rapper’s parties.
When the man regained consciousness, he alleged that Diddy was trying to put himself on the victim. He went on to allege that Diddy was talking dirty to him and “laughing uncomfortably”. The man said he could not fight Diddy because drugs were in his system at the time of the alleged rape.
More than 120 victims are being represented by Buzbee. Diddy is currently in prison for fraud, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him. His trial date is set for May 5, 2025.
