It looks like Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Beverly Hills home is being rejected by potential buyers as the former rap mogul continues to face a series of legal troubles.
The house – officially put up for sale two months ago – continues to struggle in the real estate market.
‘TMZ’ reports that the property has received little attention since it came into use. Real estate agents close to the Hollywood media outlet also alleged that the disgraced musician’s asking price for the property was “ridiculous”.
Sources told the media that “only a handful” of potential buyers had visited the rap mogul’s residence. Needless to say, there was no need to negotiate as no one showed any real interest in moving forward with the home purchase.
In one case, a couple stopped by to view the property, but the woman was said to be so “scared” that she couldn’t wait to leave. The source said there is absolutely an “ick factor” due to the rapper’s violations of the law.
The home – which had an asking price of $61.5 million, which agents called “ridiculous” – was raided by the Department of Homeland Security in March following the star’s criminal and civil charges. .
Diddy, 55, bought the home for $39 million in 2014, which features classic European design elements including a grand living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office and gourmet kitchen dining room with family room, separate catering kitchen and kitchen. -The modern theater can accommodate 35 guests, each ‘Six Page’.
The property – located in the “Platinum Triangle of Los Angeles” – has yet to secure any leads. Meanwhile, the three-time Grammy Award-winning producer both fell and celebrated his birthday behind bars in Brooklyn, but with a twist. Combs is said to have received his pick special meals during the day.
His birthday options include a choice of biscuits and gravy, golden baked potatoes, and bread and oatmeal for breakfast. According to ‘New York Post’, the musician enjoys cheese pizza, macaroni salad and green beans for lunch along with a choice of chicken or tofu, fried rice with black beans and carrots for dinner.
Combs’ trial on sex trafficking and fraud charges is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025, according to ‘BBC’. Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty, will remain in jail until then.
