Diddy’s gesture to his son during ‘incredible’ courtroom appearance revealed

Diddy wished those watching Wednesday’s court appearance a happy holiday as he left the room after the brief hearing and also seemed to have the happiness of his children in mind.

The embattled rapper appeared in court on December 18, where prosecutors said they were preparing to turn over more evidence to Diddy’s defense attorney later this year, ABC reported.

“Happy holidays,” he was reported to have said as he left the courtroom.

Diddy was prevented from making his admission by his lawyer as he was escorted out of court.

“I just want to say goodbye,” he said before the lawyers approached him to give him a center.

When Diddy arrived at the courthouse, he didn’t seem to recognize anyone. However, his family members arrived late for the hearing and Diddy appeared to say “Are you okay?”

One of his sons responded with a nod and a fist to his heart.

According to a separate report, Diddy appeared in court and looked “thinner” and had “greier hair”.

Elizabeth Millner, a journalist for Law & Crime Network, said that Diddy’s appearance has changed since his arrest in September.

“He looks surprisingly thin. Much different from the lavish lifestyle he lived before, but [he] He looks noticeably thinner and perhaps being detained is starting to weigh on him,” she said.

Millner noted that Diddy’s hair also looked “greier”.

However, a source close to the rapper disputed claims that Diddy looks older, saying Page Six that he is healthy and completely focused on defense.”

They added: “He is very active, in good spirits and as always, he is happy to see his children.”

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and prostitution charges. His trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025. When asked about the possibility of filing additional charges, prosecutors said only that “any additional charges would be minimum detectable level.”

Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s defense attorney, shared that he will ask prosecutors to clarify the scope of the alleged crime.

“The pattern of fraudulent activity is really very vague,” he said, according to ABC.

Diddy will next appear in court on March 17.

His latest court appearance comes after the rapper was denied bail three times.
