Early life
In December 1947, Dikgang Moseneke was born in South Africa. He attended school in Pretoria and showed early activism when he joined the Pan-Africanist Congress (PAC) at the age of 14, an anti-apartheid organization.
Unfortunately, his activism led to his arrest and imprisonment at the age of 15 for his anti-apartheid activities.
