Early life
Dikgang Moseneke was born in South Africa in December 1947. He attended school in Pretoria and showed early activism by joining the Pan African Congress (PAC) at the age of 14, an anti-apartheid organization.
Unfortunately, his activism led to his arrest and imprisonment at the age of 15 for his anti-apartheid activities.
