Who is the Forgotten One in Disneyland?
In Disneyland, the Forsaken is a character that causes big problems in the game. It is the main bad guy in the first part of the game’s story. The trouble it causes is called oblivion, which causes the valley to turn dark and make villagers forget things.
As you play the game, you’ll discover more about the history of the Forsaken and its relationship to Oblivion. Interestingly, the Forsaken looks like your character, and whenever you change your character’s appearance, the Forsaken changes too, so they always match.
The Forsaken have an eerie appearance, wearing dark purple and black glowing clothing, a special purple skin tone, and glowing green eyes. The speaking voice is deep and has an echo effect, adding to the mysterious atmosphere. In-game quests help you learn more about the Forsaken and why it’s causing trouble in Dreamlight Valley.
The Forgotten Backstory of Disney’s Dream Valley
The Forsaken in Disney’s Dreamland has a poignant backstory. It harbors a deep resentment once it becomes part of a player who is left behind when exiting the valley. It is responsible for “oblivion”, removing the protective sphere and shrouding the land in darkness.
Ursula reveals its existence, and Donald’s pursuit uncovers a “dark castle.” Memories from the Frost Highlands revealed that the Forsaken were acquiring the orb, while the Chamber of Secrets revealed its dark magic experiments. In “Miracles Take Time,” players relive past events and learn about the Forsaken’s motivations. After stealing the commemorative ball, cracks appear, leading to the collection of artifacts.
In “The Dark Castle,” a final confrontation takes place that bridges the rift and reconciles with the Forsaken, who returns to Dreamlight Valley and is welcomed by the villagers. Weaving emotion and mystery, the story uncovers the Forgotten Ones’ past and their role in the valley’s struggle.
