He has also performed with the musical group Tzozo; Later, he formed a music group called Durban’s Finest with another DJ named DJ Sox. The group is a subsidiary of Kalawa Jazmee Records.
DJ Tira is also a signatory to Oskido. Oskido was the first to sign DJ Tira to a record label and since then, he has been a star.
In 2007, DJ Tira founded his own recording studio and named it Afrotainment. Soon after establishing the studio, he signed with DJ Cndo as the first artist of his record label. In 2008, DJ Tira debuted as a featured artist in songs.
