Tampa-based rapper Doechii has had a huge year in music, releasing his third mixtape Crocodile bites never heal in August while serving up a perfect guest song on Katy Perry’s comeback album 143 and Tyler, who was critically acclaimed CHROMAKOPIA. The Florida rapper will also compete in the Best New Artist category against the likes of Benson Boone, Sabrina Carpenter, Khruangbin, RAYE, Chappell Roan, Shaboozey and Teddy Swims.
