From 2006 to 2012, she was a lecturer at the University of Reading, where she returned as a visiting lecturer. From 1999 to 2013, she was a senior lecturer in strategic warfare at the Royal Military Academy and a reserve officer in the British Army.
From 2003 to 2005, Dr. Lynette Nusbacher appeared as a military history expert in several episodes of the series Time Commanders. Weaponology (2007), Battlefield Detectives (2004-2005) and Mysteries of the Abandoned are some of her other feature films (2019).
