Early life
Patrick Oriyomi is a native of Epe, a town and Local Government Area (LGA) in Lagos State, Nigeria located north of Lekki Lagoon.
He attended primary school at St Peters African Church School, Oke Aro, Lagos, and continued his secondary education at Ebenezer Senior Secondary School also in Lagos.
He then attended Universal College of Technology, Ile Ife (now The Polytechnic Ile-Ife) where he obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting. He holds a postgraduate honours degree in Real Estate and Human Capability Development from the Global Financial and Socio-Economic Evolution Network (GSFEN).
He also holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom (UK).

Career
Dr. Patrick Oriyomi is a successful businessman under 40, real estate tycoon, entrepreneur, philanthropist and author. He started his career journey in 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer for Mission Support Network Center (MSNC), a registered charity responsible for recruiting, training, placing and managing missionaries for Christian work.
He served the Mission for 10 years as the head of the Cost Control Unit of the Finance Department. During his tenure as CFO, he saved the company over $200 million through constructive cost control techniques and many other achievements before resigning to later establish his own company after a long career.

He founded Photizo Properties Limited (a real estate company that specializes in acquiring plots of land and developing project-planned and gated properties, then allocating them to project subscribers) in 2018.
Within 3 years of being in business, the company has gained a lot of recognition for its impact in the Real Estate Industry in Nigeria by acquiring several residential and land properties across Nigeria. Some of their properties include; Grace Ville in Ikegun, Ibeju Lekki Lagos; Oasis Garden in Epe, Lagos; Oasis Court in Epe, Lagos State and The Haven City in Odolewu Epe, Ogun State.

Personal life
Patrick Oriyomi lives in Lagos, southwestern Nigeria, with his wife, Modupe Oriyomi, and their daughter, Adeola Oriyomi.
Outside of the professional environment, he enjoys public speaking or motivational speaking, inspiring Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the real estate sector to further improve their skills and ideas to develop the Nigerian real estate sector. He is also known as a Philanthropist. Patrick is a lover of tennis and golf.
