Guide to the Echoes of the Past

Trigger echoes of past tasks:

To activate Echoes of Past Missions in the Stars, you must first complete the “Rook Meets King” mission. Afterwards, you’ll be sent to a distant planet to be tested along with another Crimson Fleet rookie.

Securing the area:

Travel to the Suvorov planet in the Kryx system and land on the lock. Follow Delgado’s instructions and explore the locks while protecting the area. If you need to navigate a large area, use a scanner.

To kill immature crickets:

To secure the area, you need to eliminate all alien enemies in Starfield, namely the immature Grylloba.

Looking for clues about Jasper Kryx:

Follow the quest marker to the control room, talk to Delgado, and look for clues about Jasper Crixus. Interact with the workstation and select Security Controls, then Override Lock.

Clues to find Jasper Crixus:

Clues about Jasper Crixus can be found in his cell. Head to Section D of the prison with Mathis and follow the quest markers to the guard tower. Inside, interact with the workstation and read the D-Block 03 prisoner list to identify Jasper Kryx’s cell phone number.

Unlock Jasper’s Cell:

Open the D-Block Switch Control file and select Unlock Section 03 Switch. You can also read the last file to open the optional cell (D-02-106) and collect the weapons within.

Gather evidence:

In Jasper’s cell, interact with the lamp to find “The Best Plan,” an audio log that leads to the next clue. Open the locker next to the shower and retrieve Carter’s gig (evidence).

Open Crixus’ escape tunnel:

Use the maintenance access computer to open Kryx’s escape tunnel, then head to the shuttle bay. Talk to Delgado via the intercom and choose your response to teamwork.

Defeat the Baby Cricket Queen:

Equipped with powerful weapons, you’ll encounter the Baby Molecule Queen in the Shuttle Bay. Defeat her and her minions to board the spaceship and return to Key Island.

Obtain the Dragon Bone Bearer:

Inside the key, talk to Delgado and give him Jasper’s clue. As a reward, you will receive a legendary pistol called the “Dragon Carrier”. Complete the mission by talking to Mathis and Naiva in the Last Nova and reporting to General Kibwe Ikander.

This walkthrough will help you navigate the complexities of the Echoes of the Past mission in Starfield, and earn valuable rewards along the way.

Starfield offers an immersive action role-playing experience where players can seamlessly switch between first- and third-person perspectives throughout their journey. In the vast galaxy, there is an open world environment waiting to be explored, including a variety of fictional and non-fictional planetary systems.

This universe has over 1,000 planets, as well as numerous moons and space stations for players to land on and explore. The game’s landscapes are a combination of procedurally generated elements and carefully crafted content, resulting in captivating environments.

The game’s realism is excellent, as it generates terrain, alien flora, and fauna based on the planet’s star, atmosphere, and distance from points of interest. Among its many locations, the stunning New Atlantis is the largest fictional city Bethesda has ever created.

As players venture forward, they will encounter various non-playable characters (NPCs), some of whom may join their team. These companions contribute unique skills, assist in combat, carry items, and even engage in conversations with other NPCs, reflecting the choices the player makes.

Initially, players personalize their silent protagonist, developing aspects such as appearance, background, and traits. Traits play a key role, affecting stamina and interactions, while a range of skills can be improved, such as physical, social, combat, science, and technology.

Customizable weapons including guns, explosives, and melee options bring combat to life, while a jetpack enhances combat and traversal capabilities. Crafting and outpost building introduce resource management and base customization, fostering a sense of ownership and progression.

Ships take center stage, with a modular customization system that allows players to modify components, facilities, paint colors, decorations and weapons. Spaceports offer trading and repair options, while ship combat requires strategic distribution of power.

Boarding and interacting with a spaceship piloted by an NPC brings up a variety of options, from looting to diplomacy. Starfield invites players to embark on a mesmerizing journey across the stars, where exploration, customization, and engaging gameplay await.
