Early life
Helen Enado Odigie comes from the prestigious Odigie family of Benin. She is from Edo State, South-South Nigeria.
She was born on October 23 in the early 90s. She has four siblings and is the youngest in the family.
Her parents are Michael Odigie and Rose Odigie. She grew up in Benin City, where she completed her primary, secondary and tertiary education.
Education
Helen Enado Odigie obtained her First Senior Secondary Certificate and West African School Certificate from good educational institutions in Benin, Edo State.
After graduating from high school, she enrolled at the University of Benin to pursue her bachelor’s degree.
Career
After leaving university, Helen Enado Odigie worked briefly in the corporate sector. Previously, she worked at Globacom (a major telecommunications company) and Jumia (Africa’s number 1 e-commerce company).
While working in the corporate world, she acted in several movies whenever she had free time. This was because she always aspired to be an actress. The love for this profession was burning in her heart.
In 2014, she officially entered the industry and starred in the popular movie Spice, which Africa Magic produced. Her role in the movie brought her into the limelight and helped her land more challenging roles.
Over the past seven years, she has acted in a number of films, television series, and movies. One of her most famous works is the television series The Men’s Club, in which she played a supporting role. Her character’s name is Hadiza.
Thanks to her creativity and talent, Enado Odigie has had the opportunity to work with some of Nollywood’s biggest stars such as Ayoola Ayolola, Efa Iwara, Adebukola Oladipupo, Daniel Etim-Effiong, Baaj Adebule, Nengi Adoki, Dabota Lawson, Mimi Chaka, Femi Jacobs, Mercy Johnson, Yemi Blaq, Mofe Duncan, Kehinde Bankole and many more.
