Fallon Sherrock was born on July 2, 1994 in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. She was raised by her parents, Sue Sherrock and Steve Sherrock, along with her older sister, Felicia Blay Sherrock. Sherrock attended Radcliffe School. She is white and Catholic.

Fallon Sherrock began playing darts at county youth level at the age of 17, inspired by her parents, Sue and Steve, who played the game recreationally. She represented England in the girls’ singles at the 2011 WDF Europe Cup Youth tournament while playing for the Bedford Darts Organisation.
Sherrock enjoyed considerable success in her early career. She won the 2012 Women’s World Championship and the Women’s Jersey Open Championship that same year. She went on to win the 2013 Women’s British Championship. Despite being accepted to study forensic science at university, Sherrock decided to focus on her darts career after completing her A-levels.
Sherrock’s breakthrough moment came at the 2020 PDC World Championship, where she became the first woman to beat a man at the event. She beat Ted Evetts in the first round and Mensur Suljović in the second round, before losing Chris Dobey in the third round. Later that year, she withdrew from the 2020 BDO Women’s World Championship due to “unexpected changes” to the event.
Although Sherrock initially appeared to have missed out on qualifying for the 2023 PDC World Darts Championship, the PDC later announced that she had qualified by winning the Women’s World Darts Knockout Tournament, a decision that drew some criticism. At the World Championship, she lost Ricky Evans in the first round.
