Chopper, a former member of Da Band, made accusations about Sean “Diddy” Combs about how he feels about Tupac Shakur, claiming that the music mogul secretly despised the rap legend.
Chopper detailed what he believes is evidence that Diddy hated Tupac in an interview with The art of dialogue.
Chopper then shared Diddy’s reaction when he mentioned Tupac as one of his inspirations during their conversation about musical influences.
Diddy reacted immediately and unfavorably, according to Chopper. The next day, he said, “That bitch didn’t talk to me for about four days after that.”
Chopper also confirmed that Diddy was sensitive towards Tupac and Notorious BIG, Diddy’s friend and frequent collaborator.
“Everything’s about Biggie. You can’t even put ‘Pac in the same sentence as him,” Chopper commented. “Diddy hates ‘Pac. Hates everything about Tupac.”
In another chilling recollection from an old friend, Diddy seemingly forced Da Band to learn every word to Biggie’s classic song “Juicy.”
Reflecting on this, Chopper expressed doubts as to whether Biggie himself would request such a tribute.
“He made us recite the whole thing,” Chopper said. “And I don’t think Biggie would care if some asshole remembered his shit like that.”
The conversation turns more sinister when Chopper begins to link Tupac’s 1996 murder to the current legal troubles Diddy is facing. He implied that police may be investigating Diddy in connection with a case surrounding Keefe D, who was a one-time gang member and alleged co-conspirator in Tupac’s murder.
Chopper says in the video, “I think the real reason they didn’t release Puffy is because they were trying to link him to that Keefe D situation.”
Diddy was formerly known as Puff Daddy.
Chopper pointed out that Diddy’s bail denial may not only reflect his recent legal problems but could also signal a broader investigation into the historical events surrounding the murder Tupac.
“They knew if they kept him under house arrest, he would be a good boy,” he concluded, alluding to the severity of the charges against Diddy.
Chopper’s allegations are the latest to spark growing controversy surrounding Diddy, who has seen his reputation come under fire in recent weeks.
