early life
Fresh VDM was born to Mr. and Mrs. Bello in 1992. He was born in the West African country of Togo.
He is a Nigerian from a state in the southwest.
He lived in Lomé, Togo during his childhood and returned to his homeland as a teenager.
He was born into a devout Christian family as both his parents were pastors and ran their own church affairs.
Fresh VDM developed an interest in music as a child, although he was not a singer. He was more interested in playing an instrument. He joined the choir and played drums, and soon learned to play the piano.

After completing his high school education, he enrolled at the Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti to pursue a degree in Criminology.
Profession
While at university, Fresh VDM became interested in music production and began learning the craft. Before long, he became a very skilled producer and started making beats for up-and-coming artists at school.
A few months later, Fresh VDM met Dremo, who was signed to APG Records at the time. Fresh began to produce beats for Dremo.
In 2016, when Dremo signed Davido to his newly formed record label DMW, Fresh VDM also came along.
Fresh produced the label’s first single, “Back To Back” in 2016. The song features Davido, Mayorkun, Dremo and Ichaba.
Fresh also produced the song Love You Tire By Mayorkun. Mr. Eazi also contributed to the song.
Fresh rose to fame in 2017 when he produced the beat for Davido’s hit single “FIA”. The song trended for months on major music charts around the world. It also has over 81 million views on YouTube.
In 2019, he collaborated with Davido to release his second studio album, A Good Time. He also collaborated with Mayorkun to release his debut album, Mayor Of Lagos.
In 2020, Fresh achieved more success with the song “The Best”. The single is one of the tracks from Davido’s “A Better Time” album.
He is undoubtedly one of the greatest producers in Africa and has worked with many of the biggest names in the music industry such as Mayorkun, Peruzzi, Yonda, Burna Boy, DJ Ecool, Danagog, Ichaba, Dotman, Dremo, Cassper Nyovest and Davido.
