Garth Brooks is the subject of a new lawsuit alleging rape.

The country music superstar is being sued by a woman who claims she worked for his wife, Trisha Yearwood, before she was hired by Brooks to do his hair and makeup. In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the woman – listed as “Jane Roe” – claims that in 2019, Garth took her to Los Angeles for a GRAMMY tribute to Sam Moore. However, things changed when they boarded a private plane and the woman realized they would be traveling alone.

The woman alleges that when the couple arrived in Los Angeles, Brooks denied her request for a private hotel room. She went on to allege that Brooks appeared naked in the doorway and pulled her onto the bed where he raped her.

In the lawsuit, the woman alleges that Brooks held her upside down by her ankles and penetrated her. He allegedly did so in such a violent manner that she believed she was breaking in half.

After the incident, the woman alleged that business went on as usual between the two and that she even did his hair and makeup for the event. The woman said that she continued to do her job because of the financial difficulties she was facing at the time and that Brooks used that to her advantage.

In another incident before the rape, the woman testified that she had gone to Brooks’ house to do his makeup when he came out of the bathroom naked with an erection. He then continued to use her hand to touch his genitals. She also alleged that Brooks fondled her while she was doing his hair and makeup and that he would then touch her.

Brooks has not yet publicly responded to the allegations. The amount of money sought by the woman suing Brooks has not been disclosed.
