So, after the Sunday morning weather report, Brandon said goodbye before being clearly interrupted. He went on to explain some of his concerns and was cut off mid-sentence. The broadcast then cut to a promo for Channel 4’s public relations show “Flashpoint” with Devin Scillian. Why this happened remains a mystery.

At Local 4, Brandon is an important part of the 4Warn Weather Team. He reports weather for Local 4 News Mornings every weekend. Frank, who turns 81 on April 7, 2023, appeared on his son’s episode in May 2015. “My dad drove 11 hours yesterday to visit us and wanted to come to work with me. It was my co-worker’s idea to have him on the air. He did it!!!,” Brandon later said on Facebook. Other times, Brandon has been seen calling him a “living legend.”

Brandon’s father was a Marine Corps Major. He served in Vietnam. He and his wife Gloria appear to be living in Wauconda, Illinois as of now.
