Granblue Fantasy Relink Finishes Work Roland Begins

After completing the main storyline of “Granblue Fantasy: Reconnection”, players will receive the task of “finishing what Roland started”. This comes after the credits and signals a new set of missions to take on. To help players complete these quests, there are specific quest counter quests that help complete what Roland started.

These tasks can be identified by special icons, making it easier for players to know which tasks to focus on. Keep an eye out for the special icon next to the mission name to make sure you’re on the right track. In Granblue Fantasy: Reconnection, the number of completed Roland missions will be displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.

This feature serves as a useful checkpoint, allowing players to track their progress and see how close they are to completing what Rolan started. These resources can enhance your gaming experience and provide valuable insights into optimizing your progress in Granblue Fantasy: Relink.

How to complete the work task Roland started?

To complete the quest titled “Finish What Roland Started” in Granblue Fantasy: Relink, you need to clear a specific quest at the quest counter. These tasks have a special icon next to their name in the menu – a red diamond with two crossed swords. You can find this icon to the left of the task name.

When you receive a quest to complete Roland’s job, focus on clearing all quests at the quest counter marked with this special icon. Although your main quest log mentions eight jobs, you actually need to complete more than eight quests. The goal is to get pages from Roland’s diary, and you will receive a page for every completed mission with a special icon.

It’s worth noting that not all quests contribute to completing Roland’s job – only those with a specific icon count. As you progress and complete these marked missions, you will unlock more missions. This process continues until you have collected all eight pages of Roland’s diary, indicating that everything Roland started is complete.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s difficulty levels contain various missions, but only some of them have special icons. When you successfully complete a mission, it may unlock another mission for you to solve. This cycle repeats until you complete all eight jobs, and as the game progresses you’ll face more challenging boss battles.

Originally released on PlayStation 4 in September 2016 and scheduled for release in 2018, the game is set in the same fictional world as the original Granblue Fantasy, but explores different locations and features familiar characters. The game’s gameplay was first revealed at GranBlue Fes 2017, where it was revealed that the game will feature a four-player cooperative multiplayer mode or a single-player mode with three AI characters.

In December 2018, the official game name was “Granblue Fantasy: Relink”. However, by February 2019, PlatinumGames exited the project, with Cygames taking over full development duties. PlatinumGames’ Relink Director Yasuyuki Kaji continued to develop the game with Cygames until completion.

Due to delays in its original 2018 release schedule, Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s release date was rescheduled, first to 2022, then further to 2023, and finally scheduled for February 1, 2024. In order to provide players with a preview, we will allow fans to experience the game before it is officially launched on January 11, 2024.
