Halle Bailey Disables Social Media Amid DDG Rant and ‘Severe Postpartum’ Struggle

Halle Bailey has deactivated her social media accounts following the backlash she received regarding DDG and Halo’s appearance on Kai Cenat’s livestream.

Cenat, 22, is starting his big livestream, “Mafiathon2” – a 30-day non-stop Twitch stream that has been broadcasting 24/7 since it began on the 1st. November Rapper DDG made a guest appearance with his baby, Halo – which didn’t go over well with his superstar ex-girlfriend, Bailey.

DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., appeared on the broadcast wearing an all-black outfit, with his baby in a Balenciaga crossbody bag. Cenat met the child and got to hold him for a moment before the two continued streaming.

‘Music Times’ reported that shortly after their appearance, the ‘Mermaid’ star began commenting on the visit, which she claimed she was not informed about in advance. That said, fans did not give the response she might have expected, seemingly leading her to deactivate both her X and Instagram accounts.

“Hello everyone. Just so you know I’m out of town and I do not agree with my baby being livestreamed tonight. I was not informed or informed. I am extremely upset about having to give birth child in front of millions of people. I am his mother and protector and am very sad that I was not informed, especially when I left the city,” the 24-year-old girl wrote.

The star added: “As a woman going through a serious postpartum period, these are boundaries that I expect to be respected. No one knows what someone is going through until they get through it.”

To put it bluntly, the socialite was quick to clap back, pointing out the irony of her being upset about “millions of people” while promoting Halo on her own social network, a Another said: “She got the attention she wanted” and others said there was something else to talk about now that Trump was president.

After a series of fan backlash, Bailey’s account appears to have been suspended. DDG, on the other hand, doesn’t seem to mind at all. The rapper still took to social media to thank the most loved streamer for the gifts given to him during his appearance.

“W gave it to me and aura appreciate it bro @KaiCenat,” the 27-year-old wrote before attaching a photo of what appeared to be children’s toys, teddy bears, diapers, a game of Fortnite and other items are in the gift bag.

Halle Bailey and DDG announced the end of their relationship shortly after the birth of their first child, Halo, born last December. The duo announced their split on Instagram in October 2023 after two years together.
