Terrell Dugue, also known as Hardstop Lucas, was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, United States. He was born on October 30, 1996, but grew up in Rockville, United States. His mother’s name is Teresa Lorraine.
He started writing music when he was eight years old, but it wasn’t until he was in 12th grade that he really got serious about it. In Washington DC, he attended McKinley Technical High School.
