Heroes of the Storm Patch PTR Patch Notes
Blizzard Entertainment, the developer of Heroes of the Storm, has released a patch for Heroes of the Storm, which was released on the Public Test Realm (PTR) on September 5, 2023. This update is primarily dedicated to resolving numerous bugs reported by the community.

- Fixed an issue that resulted in Flames of Fury not reducing the mana gained from hitting Ignited enemies with Fire Blast.
- Fixed an issue where dragon scales could be refreshed when meeting requirements while in buff state.

- Fixed an issue that resulted in Speed of the Devout not reducing its cooldown when using Divine Star to restore an allied hero to full health.

- Fixed an issue that resulted in the Bunker being destroyed by one hit from the Punisher on the Hell Temple.
Cao
- Fixed an issue that caused Cho’s radius to increase after casting Surge Fist.
Chromie
- Fixed an issue that caused Time Loop to permanently display targets when used under certain conditions.
- Chromie may no longer attempt to place time traps in unplaceable locations.

- Fixed an issue that allowed self-destruct to be activated while D.Va’s mech was disabled, taking enough damage to eject D.Va if her boosters were active.
- Fixed an issue that caused Liquid Cooling to not be applied correctly if the Call Mech was used shortly after activating Self-Destruct.
- Fixed an issue that allowed the Defense Matrix to push unpushable targets with “Transfer Force” selected.
- Fixed an issue that caused Transfer Energy to not increase D.Va’s self-healing when restoring a mech’s health.

- Fixed an issue that allowed Hogg to use his dance without being subject to movement restrictions.

- Fixed an issue where Orphea could fire Shadow Waltz at enemies without aiming in their direction.
Samuro
- Fixed an issue where Samuro would activate Mirror Image Transfer directly after activating in Hearthstone.
- Fixed an issue that caused Samuro to lose his Deflection talent advantage if he chose the Three-Blade style while any mirror was active.
Sylvanas
- Fixed an issue with the Blightfire projectile missile.
- Fixed an issue that caused normal attacks to apply Black Arrow before dealing damage, making attacks that apply a third layer of Black Arrow deal 25% more damage.
- Fixed an issue that caused Black Arrow to be applied from the base attack before Lost Souls checked the stack, causing attacks that applied the third stack of Black Arrow to have a reduced cooldown.
- Fixed an issue that caused Black Arrow to be applied from the base attack before Merciless checked the stack, resulting in attacks applying the third layer of Black Arrow activating Merciless.
- Fixed an issue that caused Black Arrow to be applied from the base attack before the Overwhelming Pain check stacked, allowing attacks that applied a third tier of Black Arrow to slow the target, and then deal percentage damage in the same attack if the target was able to slow down, but in It does not slow down before attacking.
- Fixed an issue that caused the Heartless to use Black Arrow before dealing damage, causing 25% more damage if the target had two stacks before dealing damage.

- Fixed an issue that caused impact damage from the Shadow Dagger to grant Expand Shadow quest progress before the damage was dealt, increasing the damage dealt by 0.5%.
