How to factory reset Echo Pop
There are two different ways to reset your Echo Pop. If you want to perform a soft reset to keep your smart home connection intact, simply press and hold the Volume Down and Volume Up buttons for 15 seconds. But if you want to do a factory reset on your Echo Pop, here’s what to do.
Step 1 – Make sure your device is plugged in. If the device is unresponsive, try turning it off and on again.

Step 2 – Wait for the device to turn on completely.
Step 3: Wait Lower the volume And turn off the microphone button for 25 seconds.
Step 4: The light bar will turn off and then on again. When this happens, the factory reset is complete.
Step 5 – You can now proceed with setting up your Pop as a new device.

Step 6 – Remember that factory reset will erase all your personal data and all other saved connections on the device.
